Today I’m bringing you a super delicious recipe! They’re cheesecake and red berry ice pops made with the molds for 6 Classic Pop ice pops by Zoku. Summer is here, and with it the season when we most enjoy ice pops to help us beat the heat and remind us that vacation is very close.
Zoku molds are ideal for making ice pops quickly with almost professional results. What I like most about these molds is that you can create endless recipes and customize them to your taste.
They’re very tasty and sweet—you’ll love them!

Ingredients
- 236 ml skim milk
- 113 gr cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 120 gr strawberries
- 120 gr raspberries
- 120 gr blueberries
Preparation
- In a small Shallow Casserole over low heat, pour in the milk, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk the mixture until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the Shallow Casserole from the heat and let the mixture cool completely.
- Blend the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Add a thin layer of the berry purée to the Zoku molds.
- Add the cooled cheesecake base to the molds and freeze for 8 hours.
- To unmold the ice pops well, run them under lukewarm water for a few seconds. Now you can enjoy these delicious ice pops!
