Honey and vanilla cupcakes
I bring you a very rich and sweet recipe to make at home. It is about honey and vanilla biscuits. It is an ideal recipe to prepare with the little ones at home . You can prepare it for a birthday party as well as for a snack, and surely those who are passionate about sweets will also be encouraged!
We have made these cakes with the Frozen mold, since it is ideal to give them a more special touch, but if you want you can make them, with the same dough, with other molds, obtaining different shapes and sizes. They will surely love it! And if not, you'll tell me...
Ingredients
- 133 g butter room temperature
- 200g white sugar
- 100 g of honey
- 1/2 cc vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 237ml warm water
- 400 g of wheat flour
- 1/2 cc of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175ºC. Prepare the Frozen Nordic Ware Cake Pan with release spray and distribute it with a brush .
- Use a mixer to mix the butter and sugar. Add and mix the honey and vanilla.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Stir the egg and flour mixture into the butter mixture until just incorporated. Avoid over-mixing so that bubbles are not created.
- Fill each cavity of the mold with the dough and gently tap the tray to remove any bubbles that may have remained inside the dough.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and centers of cupcakes are firm to the touch.
- Invert cupcakes to invert on cooling rack to cool and maintain texture.
- Wipe out the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
