- 125 g of sugar
- 200 g of milk
- 150 g of cream
- 1 egg
- 75 g walnut segments (net weight)
- 2 tablespoons of walnut liqueur
Preparation
- Grind the walnuts very finely using a chopper and mix with the sugar in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and beat until thick.
- Mix the cream, milk and liqueur and pour into the ice cream maker basket.
- Close the refrigerator and press the button on the lid to activate it.
- Place the ice cream maker in the freezer and wait 4 to 8 hours.
- Remove the refrigerator from the freezer and with the help of an ice cream scoop serve the mixture to your liking.
Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of milk
- 100 g of cream
- 200 g ripe strawberries
- 1 egg
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with the sugar.
