This recipe is as quick as it is perfect to accompany meat or fish with a colorful, tasty and healthy food: You will love this recipe for crispy Brussels sprouts!
Remember that you can get a lot out of the oil-free fryer , because apart from being a fryer, it is an ideal air oven for making many different recipes with air. From frying empanadas and croquettes (it is one of the fryers that does not crush the croquettes) to preparing sweets, making rice or meat, roasting vegetables or, like today, preparing a perfect appetizer or accompaniment to second courses.
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- Salt
- A teaspoon of olive oil or dessert spoon
- 1/4 lemon
- Pepper (optional)
- Rosemary (optional)
Preparation
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in the Actifry fryer .
- Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with oil drops (you can use a spray bottle to spray the oil) .
- Apply a few drops of lemon by squeezing it lightly over the top and leave the lemon slice inside, to one side of the cabbage.
- Turn on the fryer and wait for them to become crispy.
Grades
- If you like aromatic herbal recipes, place a sprig of rosemary inside.
- I love making this Brussels sprouts recipe as a snack or to satisfy my hunger with something healthy. I also use it a lot as a side dish for meat and fish, I think they go great with all of these.
- You can achieve the same effect with the Sage Air Fryer Oven , a great oven for small kitchens, second homes, or anyone looking for a top-quality electric oven that's smaller than traditional built-in ovens.
