Loreto, from Sabores de colores, has just made our mouths water: she prepared a spicy baked provolone which, combined with black garlic and tomato concassé, turns the recipe into a marvel.

She made the recipe in the Le Creuset skillet, which can be used in the oven and has a great presentation at the table.
