More French than Yves Saint-Laurent, the De Buyer Mineral B crepe pan is fantastic for cooking succulent crêpes at home, and a great utensil to also use as a grill or to roast meat (thanks to its low sides and its material, which sears meat very quickly). A gem among the Mineral B iron pans from De Buyer.
The all-time crêpe pan that will last you a lifetime! Cooking with iron is unmatched, you'll notice the difference.
Remember we have a protective handle cover for De Buyer iron pans, which will help prevent burns when handling the pan.

The size is the top diameter. The usable surface is the base: 21 cm on the 24 cm pan, 23 cm on the 26 cm and 26 cm on the 30 cm. The 30 cm is the one for Breton galettes.

Yes. Its low edges and iron make it ideal for meat, fish, vegetables, toast or arepas.
Yes, on all hobs and in the oven (up to 10 minutes at 200 °C). Heat it gradually so it doesn't warp.
With the pan hot and greased, pour in a ladle of batter and tilt it, or use a wooden spreader to spread it. Our crêpe batter recipe is on the blog.
No. Wash it by hand, dry it straight away and wipe it with a thin layer of oil.
