Here is another recipe that Stéphane Poussardin (L'Atelier d'Stéphane) has made in our showroom, We Love Cooking. It is a very easy to make and very original appetizer that can be cooked with our Le Creuset grill and a De Buyer Kobra mandolin or Gefu ceramic .

Ingredients for 4 people:

• 1/2 red apple

• 1 tbsp of honey

Sesame oil

• Water

• Toasted sesame

For the cannelloni:

• 1 zucchini

• 250 gr. French goat cheese "President"

• 20 gr. of liquid cream 35%

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• Salt

• Pepper

• Oregano powder

Elaboration:

For the cannelloni: Mix the goat cheese with the cream, oil, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl. Reserve. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into long slices with a peeler or mandolin. Reserve.

For the honey vinaigrette: Prepare a vinaigrette with honey, a little water and add the sesame oil little by little with a whisk until a fine creamy texture is obtained.

Assembling the dish: Heat the grill and mark each zucchini slice on one side. Extend the zucchini slices and form small lumps with the mixture made on them, roll up to shape cannelloni. Serve the hot cannelloni with the apple previously cut into cubes and the honey-sesame vinaigrette.
