Here are 4 easy juice and smoothie recipes ! When you start experimenting with juices, a huge window of possibilities opens up before you. From making simple juices from a variety of fruits, to starting to make smoothies and lassis with yogurt and milk, experimenting with the pleasure of using all kinds of vegetable milks that provide you with the most varied nutrients and flavors, and playing with spices. The world of juices is endless!
Today we would like to invite you to set foot in this world with some juices and smoothies that are really easy to make , and with which we believe you can enjoy a lot, because they are very common flavors and that tend to be very popular wherever we take them.
To make the smoothies you will only need a blender that is capable of crushing ice. In this sense, all the blenders we have in the store will work for you, from our beloved Magimix blender to the KitchenAid , or the Nutribullet blenders that we add from time to time.
For the juice, we make it very easy for you: with the Juice Expert extractor you don't even need to peel the fruit: you cut it so that the fruit passes through the extractor inlet, and that's it.
In any case, you can see all the blenders and juicers here . Now, on to the important part, let's get those juices and smoothies!
Banana and cashew or hazelnut smoothie

- 30 g sugar (optional)
- 300 g of milk
- 6 ice cubes

Orange and carrot juice
Utensil: Magimix juice extractor
Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- ½ apple
- 2 oranges
- ½ carrot
- 1 cm of ginger
- (Optional) 75 ml of champagne
Preparation
With the Juice Expert juicer, you don't need to peel the fruit or remove stems or seeds; everything that isn't juice will be retained in the filter.
So all you have to do is insert the cold press attachment into the machine, cut all the ingredients into quarters and add them into the machine.
Grades:
- You can put the juice in a blender with a little ice to make a very refreshing slushy juice.
- If you want to make a juice for an aperitif or to surprise, you can add about 75 ml of champagne to turn it into a very daring drink.

Carob smoothie
Utensil: Blender capable of crushing ice.
Ingredients
- 500 ml of almond milk
- 4 tbsp carob flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 cc vanilla essence
- 1/2 cc of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey or cane sugar
- 400 ml of water
- 5 ice cubes
- Optional: cream ice cream for serving
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except water and ice in a blender and blend for 90 seconds.
- Add the 400 ml of water and the ice cubes and continue blending for a further 40 seconds. Use the Pulse option if you have it to blend the ice vigorously.
- Remove the glass from the blender and pour it into a container, while filtering it through a cotton cloth to collect any remaining flour.
- Drink it immediately or keep it in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
Optionally, you can serve it with a scoop of cream or whipped cream. It makes for an ideal presentation, but the most important thing is that the bitter combination of carob and cocoa with the sweetness of the cream tastes great.

You can find all the blenders and extractors in our store in the Juicers and blenders section.
Sometimes we are asked what to look for when choosing the right blender. I think it is important to point out that all the blenders we have in the store are capable of crushing ice, and have a Pulse function, which works so well when blending ice or nuts, and allows you to achieve a finer texture in a very short time. From here, I would advise you to look at the size of the glass you are interested in, whether it has extras or not (some come with glasses to take the juice with you) and the design.
