The Perfect WMF set includes two pots with capacities of 6.5 L and 3L, and the lid, allowing you to use one pot or the other depending on the recipe and quantity you are cooking, or to use them independently.

Features

This cooker, which is the latest model released in 2023 by WMF, features the following characteristics:

• The new lid comes with technology applied to the handle and a somewhat more modern design, with more intuitive pictograms. The symbols on the handle indicating the opening, closing, and steam release of the cooker are much clearer and easier to understand.
• Improved system for attaching the handle to the lid. The attachment system inside the handle is very effective and easy to fit.
• Incorporation of a residual pressure indicator valve. It is a small pin or button located on the pressure indicator. With the cooker closed and the heat on, it is the first thing that will rise when cooking, before the pressure rings. It indicates that the cooker is starting to build pressure, and the lid is completely locked. When turning off the heat, it will be the last to go down and will remain visible until the cooker has depressurized completely.
• The cooking indicator has two levels plus the residual pressure level. The two pressure cooking levels, now with more visible rings, are:
• Up to 110 °C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, poultry
• Up to 119 °C (second orange ring), for hard foods and meats
• At a temperature of up to 119 °C (second orange ring), for hard foods and meats.
• As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, the heat is lowered and the cooking time starts to count down.
• Once the cooking time has elapsed, the cooker can only be opened when there is no pressure left inside.
• The pressure cooker is equipped with various safety systems such as the residual pressure safety.
• The Perfect cookers incorporate the safety valve from the top-of-the-line range, the Perfect Premium.
