As a true lover of traditional and healthy cooking, a meat mincer is a must in my kitchen. With this fantastic utensil I make meat for my stir-fries, meatballs, meat pies, filling for empanadas, sausages, steak tartares and hamburgers.
I like to mince meat at home, adding to the mix the type of meat I fancy the most and in the quantity I want. I almost always add some of my favourite ingredients such as garlic, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, mushrooms, wine, etc. to give another flavour to my recipes and a touch of originality to each preparation. And you know what? Everything tastes much better if I prepare it at home!
I usually use the Kitchen Kraft manual meat grinder . It is ideal for making minced meat, burgers or sausages. It is made of cast iron. It is very easy to fix very securely to a surface, and very comfortable to work with. It includes three chopping discs of different sizes and an accessory for making sausages . It is very easy to prepare them, even if you want your children to help you cook, it is a fun idea for them to help you in the kitchen. You will see how they will like being your helpers!

Sometimes I have to mince large quantities of meat. That's why I have the Moulinex meat mincer stored in a privileged place in my cupboard.
This chopper has a high-performance motor that helps me chop very quickly. It is very easy to use and it is easy to transport. I trust this brand a lot, because it always gives me very satisfactory results. When I have time, I chop quite large quantities and then freeze the meat in portions. When I feel like stir-frying spaghetti or making a filling for empanadas, I already have my portions on hand in the freezer. I think it is a super practical trick!

Another idea to make the most of the chopper is to prepare another dish: when I have leftover food or part of a preparation: I chop it up and voilà!, I get a totally different dish.
Do you buy your meat already minced? Do you have any favorite recipes? Any tips I should know?
You already know that I love sharing my experience but also learning from you! :)
