Many times we fall into the routine of always cooking vegetables the same way, and the truth is there are countless recipes and cutting styles so that vegetables have a completely different appearance and flavor in each preparation.
In this case, the dish we propose is a vegetable gratin. A preparation of oven-browned vegetables that have a colorful and highly appetizing appearance. Additionally, it is a dish that allows you to accompany various preparations, such as noodles, meat, or baked fish.
The trick of this gratin is to get the vegetables sliced very thin, so the Betty Bossi vegetable slicer will work great for you. Take note of the recipe, because once you try it it will become one of your household's star dishes: simple, full of flavor, and healthy.
