Lola, author of Loleta, Life&Market, brings us a recipe that will easily become a classic at dinners with friends: tasty, easy, and delicious beef fajitas that, with minimal hassle, you can have prepped and ready to enjoy to the fullest.

If there's one thing that always makes me look good at the table, They're the fajitas. I usually make them whenever I have a casual lunch or dinner, or when my son invites his friends over to watch a movie.

Fajitas are perfect because they let everyone build their own plate to their liking, so we just need to set out the ingredients separately to keep everyone happy. Plus, we can have everything ready in advance, so we can enjoy the game, friends, or the snacks without stress.

Although I make them quite spicy because at home we all really like rock & roll, You just need to adjust the amount of chili powder and omit the serrano chili to make them less spicy.

To me I love serving it with citrus water and grenadine: in a pitcher, put ice and some chopped oranges and limes. Add water and let chill. Serve with a little grenadine in a glass pitcher. It makes an ideal refreshment: easy, healthy, and fun that will help you soothe the heat of the fajitas.
