This burrata with roasted grapes in mini casserole is the easiest idea with which you can surprise at home. Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of red or dark grapes
  • Burrata cheese
  • EVOO
  • Salt
  • Green sprouts or microgreens (the ones you like most: soybean, broccoli, onion, etc.)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat). You can do it in your air fryer at the same temperature.
  2. Wash the grape berries and dry the excess water.
  3. Put the grapes in your Le Creuset mini ceramic casserole, season with salt to taste and drizzle with EVOO.
  4. Cover the mini casserole and put it in the oven or place it in your air fryer. Let the grapes roast for about 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, place the burrata on the plate and open it so it spreads slightly. Don't miss the chance to match the mini casserole with your Le Creuset ceramic dish of the same color or in coordinating colors. It will look fabulous!
  6. Remove the mini cocottes from the oven or air fryer and place the roasted grapes on top. Drizzle with a generous splash of EVOO and scatter some sprouts to give the final touch.

Suggestions

  • As I mentioned, you can present this combination as a toast. Simply place the burrata on the toasted slice of bread and arrange the grapes on top. Drizzle with EVOO and add some sprouts or microgreens before serving.
  • You can add an extra aroma and flavor by seasoning the burrata and grapes with a little thyme, rosemary, or freshly ground pepper.
  • If you can’t find burrata or if you prefer, you can make this delight with mozzarella. It will be just as delicious!
