Thank you very much for being here. I hope you like Claudia & Julia and that you find this section enjoyable. In this blog I’ll be sharing news about our project and aspects I think are interesting about the products we sell.
Today I’d like to share a bit about where the online store stands. It’s been about a month since we started operating (the first order is from December 6, 2011). We launched the website a bit against the clock to make it in time for the holiday season. During these days, online stores sell on average 40% more, and it was necessary to make the most of that momentum.
As of today, we’re still polishing some aspects of the website and finishing some store features that should have been active from the start. We’re also adding new products—We have lots of things that we’re sure you’ll love!
Our assessment of this first month has been positive. We ran a Google Adwords campaign (Google ads) to showcase some of our flagship products, which gave us an encouraging sales volume. We’ll certainly continue with advertising campaigns on Google, but we still have many areas to tackle, such as search ranking (working on content to appear first in searches), social media and blogs, newsletter campaigns, other advertising platforms, coupons, etc...
We’re currently looking for support to help promote the website. We have lots of ideas but little time and very little experience with online promotion.
