Christmas days are a real marathon for the cooks of each family. And although it is a great opportunity to show off, create, surprise and enjoy, surely many of you know what you are going to eat. Probably the same as last year, and the previous one, and the previous one…
This year on the Claudia&Julia blog we want to surprise you with three different menus designed by three bloggers that we love: Ana ( Biscayenne ), Miriam ( El invitado de invierno ) and Jimena ( Agoisfoto ), without whom this beautiful initiative would not have been possible. Each of them will reflect their style and personality in the chosen dishes, demonstrating that YES you can surprise and captivate your guests on such predictable dates. We will try from the stove to make this Christmas a different Christmas . oh! And this week we are gathering ideas for Christmas Eve, next week we will display the Christmas menu that Àngels Pallàs cooked for us in the "We love cooking" space. There will be ideas for all tastes. Whoever is not able to surprise this year, even with a different aperitif, is because they have not entered the Claudia&Julia blog!
Miriam is the author of the blog El invitado de invierno . She is a fan of cooking who stands out for the variety of her recipes and the genius of her photographs. He has proposed a menu that combines tradition in the choice of ingredients and an innovative touch in the recipe, as we can see in the dessert with this exquisite quince sorbet.
Jimena is a specialist in production, styling and photographic production of gastronomy products. Author of the blog Agoisfoto and a fan of good cooking, she offers us a typical menu from her country of origin: Peru.
Ana, Ana is a lot. The biography on her Biscayenne blog says it all, I invite you to read it to find out what this menu is about. Ana likes traditional cooking and no nonsense. So open the menu with neither more nor less than a traditional vermouth with a slice of orange to add a few drops of vintage to the matter. Without modern fantasies and gathering the best memories of her own family experience, she presents us with this menu. Enjoy!
The truth is that I have loved their menus. Each one has a different, original touch and is impregnated with their personality, which is what we wanted to reflect in this post.
If you have still chosen our menu or you are missing some detail to surprise your friends and family, here you will find the inspiration you need.
As the post was very long and I want you to take good note of the menus, in the next few days, I will publish an individual post for each one with personal notes from them. All three are delicious.
