Ingredients

  • 500 g of cooked white rice
  • 100 g of frozen peas
  • 200 g of frozen and peeled prawns
  • 2 tablespoons ActiFry soy sauce
  • 200 ml of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon ActiFry curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon ActiFry olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, gently mix the broth with the curry and olive oil with a mixing spoon or a wire whisk, until everything is well integrated.
  2. Remove the bowl from the Actifry Oil-Free Fryer to arrange the ingredients in it.
  3. First of all, we will place the peas, distributing them on both sides of the vat and leaving the side with the handle and the front free.
  4. Next, we will arrange the rice, placing it on the side of the mango.
  5. We only have to place the prawns, which we will have in front of the rice.
  6. Once we have all the ingredients in the vat, we will pour the sauce that we have prepared in the first point, distributing it all over the ingredients evenly.
  7. We put the vat back in the ActiFry and close it.
  8. We program the WOK mode (7) and the duration, which will be 12 minutes.
