How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders to UE countries are delivered in 3-5 working days.

All shipments to Peninsular Spain are made with MRW. If you make your purchase in our store from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 p.m., you will receive your order the next business day or in two days (24/48). If you place the order after 4:00 p.m., you will receive it in 48/72h.

If you place your order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will arrive on Tuesday (if Tuesday is a holiday, it will be delivered the next business day).

In the case of orders to the Balearic Islands, shipments are made with Tipsa and the shipping may take 4 to 5 days to reach you.

  • Germany (8,90€)
  • EU Zone 1 (9,90€) → Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Poland.
  • EU Zone 2 (14,90€) → Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia & Slovenia.
  • EU Zone 3  (24,90€) → Sweeden & Finland.

For international orders cash on delivery method of payment is not accepted.

Delivery in mainland Spain and Portugal is free for orders over 35 euros. For orders that do not exceed this amount, the shipping cost is 4,50 euros.

Delivery in the Balearic Islands is free for orders over 45 euros. For orders that do not exceed this amount, the shipping cost is 5,90 euros.

Delivery in the Canary Islands has a cost of 19,90 euros (DUA and IGIC are paid by the customer).

The delivery with cash on delivery has a cost of 2,5 euros (available only in mainland Spain).

Shipping of Bulky Products

On our website, we offer bulky products such as ovens, large barbecues, and some kitchen robots, which you can view here.

For bulky products, we provide free shipping within Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

We do not ship bulky products to the Canary Islands.

Shipping costs for bulky products to other destinations are as follows:

  • Germany: (19.99€)
  • EU Zone 1: (24.99€) → Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland

If you purchase a bulky product along with another item from our store, shipping costs will be calculated by adding the general shipping fee to the specific fee for bulky product shipments.

Can I specify a time slot in which the order will be delivered?

Unfortunately we cannot offer you this service at the moment. In any case, if you want us to give any additional information to the transport company or you want to pick up your order at a specific agency, you can call us at +34 935 953 729 and we will do everything in our power to help you.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If the transport company arrives and there is nobody at the time of delivery, they will leave you a notice to call and agree on the time that suits you to make the delivery.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with your credit or debit card, Paypal, Bizum or by bank transfer.

The delivery with cash on delivery has a cost of 2,5 euros and it´s available only for orders within Spain and only for orders up to 1000 euros.

How can I make a return from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands?

If you change your mind, you can return the purchased products at any time as long as they have not been used and you keep all the original packaging. Returns in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are completely free, and we offer two options for returning the package: you can take it to a nearby drop-off point or hand it over to the carrier at the address provided.

The returned product must be handed over to the carrier in another standard box (whether it is Claudia&Julia's box that it arrived in or another one, but the product cannot be handed directly to the carrier).

If this is not done, we will not be able to accept the return, and we will send back the item(s) that do not meet the specified conditions above. The cost of this shipment will be borne by the customer.

After receiving your return and when the warehouse gives us the OK, we will refund the returned products (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible (in any case, within 14 calendar days). Refunds are made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or you can also choose to receive the refund in the form of a gift card to use in our store.

Complaints and returns of defective products

If it is a return due to a defect in the product, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt to be able to claim it and manage an exchange or return, please submit a written claim to the customer service department at tienda@claudiaandjulia.com

For this we need:

  • A description of the defect or how it originated;
  • 2-4 significant images showing the defect. The defect must be clearly visible on a screen.

Claudia and Julia will cover the cost of return of the defective products.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007, in its article 71, and Law 3/2014, of March 27, the products purchased in Claudia&Julia, may be returned and reimbursed within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can call us at +34 935 953 729 or you can send us an email to tienda@claudiaandjulia.com and we will inform you how to proceed.

Products that were paid by credit card or Paypal will be refunded to the same payment method after receiving the product at our warehouse. Refunds are always made by bank transfer to the customer's account. The refund will be carried as soon as possible (in any case, within the following 14 calendar days).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The shipment must be made using the same outr box (or similar) or wrapper in which it was received to protect the product.
  3. In the event that it cannot be done with the packaging with which it was delivered, the customer must protect the product so that it arrives with the maximum possible guarantees for review.
  4. The return must have been communicated or the package must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice issued inside the packaging, where the reason for the return is also explained.

If the reason for exercising the right of withdrawal is attributable to the store (the product is incorrect or incomplete, it is not what was ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
