We often fall into the routine of always cooking vegetables in the same way, and the truth is that there are an infinite number of recipes and cutting styles so that vegetables have a totally different appearance and flavour in each preparation.
In this case, the dish we propose is a vegetable gratin. A preparation of oven-baked vegetables that have a colorful and very appetizing appearance. In addition, it is a dish that allows you to accompany different preparations, such as noodles, meat or baked fish.
The point of this gratin is that the vegetables are sliced very thinly, so the Betty Bossi slicer will be perfect for you. Take note of the recipe, because once you try it, it will become one of the star dishes in your house, simple, full of flavour and healthy.
