This recipe is as quick as it is perfect for accompanying a meat or fish with a colorful, tasty and healthy dish: you will love this crispy Brussels sprouts recipe!
Remember that you can get a lot out of the Air Fryer, since besides frying it is an air oven ideal for making many varied recipes with air. From frying dumplings and croquettes (it’s one of the fryers that doesn’t squash croquettes) to preparing sweets, making rice or meats, roasting vegetables or, as today, preparing an appetizer or a perfect side dish for main courses.
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- Salt
- A teaspoon (coffee or dessert) of olive oil
- 1/4 lemon
- Pepper (optional)
- Rosemary (optional)
Preparation
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in the Actifry.
- Apply salt, pepper and disperse the drops of oil (you can add them with the oil sprayer).
- Apply a few drops of lemon by squeezing it lightly on top and leave the lemon wedge inside, to one side of the sprouts.
- Turn on the fryer and wait until they are crispy.
Notes
- If you like herb-scented recipes, place a sprig of rosemary inside.
- I love making this Brussels Sprouts recipe to snack on or to curb hunger with something healthy. I also use it a lot as a side dish for meats and fish; I think it goes wonderfully with everything.
- You can achieve the same effect with the Sage Air Fryer, a magnificent oven for small kitchens, second homes or for anyone looking for an electric oven of the highest quality but smaller than traditional built-in wall ovens.

¡Qué ricas! Me encanta la idea, las probaré! Tengo la freidora sin aceite y estoy encantada, pero no he hecho vegetales en ella, me estrenaré con esta receta, muchas gracias!
