Cod is undoubtedly one of the most versatile fish. We can find it salty and already in almost all supermarkets also at its point of salt, which means that we can decide to eat cod almost at the moment.

Today we are going to prepare it with white wine and tomato . We will use cherry tomatoes of different colors that give it a fresh and very appetizing appearance these days that the heat is pressing.

I have used my Infinity pan from Bra. I am a big fan of versatile products that serve you for a lot of things and that you can use in different preparations.

In addition, today that small kitchens abound and with them the lack of space, these pans are an extra help in the kitchen because they have a removable handle, which means that on the one hand you can store them one on top of the other without wasting space, and for another (which is what I like the most) this means that we can use the pan in the oven too!

So the same thing works for me to prepare a delicious cod in white wine like today, as it allows me to make a brownie and even bacon in the oven.

Today we are going with this cod that is prepared in 20 minutes and that is so appetizing.
