On days like we've had lately with cold or rain, there's nothing I want more than to have a cup of tea.
It's a delight: put the kettle on the stove, have my favorite cup ready and sit on the sofa waiting to hear the characteristic and unmistakable whistle that announces the water is ready so I can make my favorite tea or infusion.
Tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world. It has a large number of health benefits. It helps me relax and have my quiet moment at home or después de una comida muy copiosa, el té me ayuda a tener una digestión más ligera.
To fully enjoy a tea or infusion, the best thing is to use a kettle. The material they are made of, such as enameled or stainless steel, helps disperse heat quickly and effectively and our tea or infusion will be ready in no time.
Many of you will wonder how much we should use to obtain a good tea. This depends a bit on the type of leaf, but you should keep in mind that the leaves should remain loose in the vessel with which we prepare the infusion. That is, they should fill the vessel but not overcrowd it. This way, they will release all their aroma. Also, the water with which we prepare it, if possible, should be fresh, because it preserves the aroma of the leaves more.
Most of the time, the water should boil. The water temperature can vary depending on the type of tea. To prepare one comfortably and make the most of its properties I use the Tetera Zen de Le Creuset. It's beautiful, besides being super practical. It's made of steel and has a handle to easily pour my infusion.
Le Creuset also has other kettles, such as the Tea Time. It's made of stainless steel, with a very careful design that makes preparing a tea a true art.

One of Le Creuset's most traditional kettles is the Demi. Made of enameled steel, which conducts heat very quickly and makes my infusion ready in no time.
Without a doubt, all the kettles I've shown you are beautiful. Do you know what's curious about them whistling when the water is ready? I love it! I have them displayed in the kitchen because they look so pretty...
Now you know, to prepare a tea with the assurance that it will have all its aroma and maximum flavor, without wasting too much time, Le Creuset kettles are a very safe bet.

When you're having a bad day, a lot of stress at work or feeling overwhelmed, a good remedy is to put the kettle on the stove, choose the infusion or tea you fancy the most and enjoy a nice hot cup while you relax on the sofa, watching your favorite show or reading a book. Could there be anything better to leave a bad day behind or warm up on a winter day? It works wonders for me and is the best remedy for annoying bosses or gray days...
Do you usually drink tea or other infusions? Do you use kettles to prepare it? I want to know your tastes or habits!
