The Marcel Wood Fire Oven is the ideal oven for cooks who want to enjoy authentic breads, meats, pizzas and more at home, with the flavour and results of cooking in an authentic wood oven, in an oven that, unlike traditional ones, It takes up very little space and also works with firewood, pellets, charcoal or sawdust. This is the Marcel oven!

It is an oven designed for use outdoors, although it could also be used under a smoke extractor. In it you can cook fish, meat, pizza, bread and pastries in the most authentic way. It can reach up to 500 ºC in just a few minutes! And its size is ideal to take advantage of it without taking up much space. And if you use it with sawdust from different types of wood, you will be able to smoke with different flavor results every time!

The new wood oven has been designed and patented by kitchen specialist Louis Tellier. The idea behind MARCEL was to recover the spirit of the bread ovens of yesteryear, and to take up little space to adapt to today's homes.

It is easy to use thanks to its rear burner (suitable for logs or pellets) and its flame blocking valve system that allows all types of cooking, you can easily control its temperature and get great use from it when cooking your delicious recipes!

The Marcel oven includes a 33 x 37 cm refractory stone, with a thickness of 15 mm, to be able to obtain those ideal baking in bread and pizza doughs. It also comes with a long oven shovel, ideal for safely introducing preparations.

Plus, you can enjoy Marcel anywhere. It is the new essential product for terraces and gardens.

Marcel is the latest product from Louis Tellier, a French kitchen utensil manufacturer since 1947, who takes advantage of his knowledge and experience in the great kitchens of the world.

Marcel is the only oven in its class that can handle all types of cooking: PATENTED FLAME LOCK VALVE SYSTEM.

  • Valve closed: Flame blocked in the upper chamber of the furnace. Inertia cooking: standard cooking. (150 to 250°C / 302 - 392°F) (e.g.: bread, meat, fish, vegetables, stew, cakes and desserts)
  • Open valve: Concentration at the top of the chimney, for fast, high temperature cooking (450 to 500°C / 842 - 932°F) (e.g. pizzas, roasts).

How to use the Marcel oven:

  1. Using the lleá oven is the easiest:
  2. Fill the rear drawer with charcoal, firewood, chips or pellets and light it (as if you were lighting a fireplace, you just have to get the flame going).
  3. Close the drawer and, with the front door closed, let it warm up.
  4. When it reaches the temperature you want (you will see it easily with the integrated probe thermometer in the door), open and insert the tray, pan, dish, dough, pizza... that you want. Use the shovel that comes with the oven to do it safely.
  5. Close and let it cook. You can see the progress of cooking without having to open the door, thanks to the glass viewer.
  6. If you want to lower or raise the temperature, you just have to pull or push the handles on the door to open or close the flame entrance further.
  7. When ready, open and remove from oven.
