A neat and attractive grater but .....

Looks good in the kitchen, easy to use and easy to clean. However, and here we give thanks to the EU it is underpowered. So it takes twice as long as a more powerful motor. Having said that the award winning Parmigiana Reggiano is 36 month and harder than the usual 24 month. The problem was resolved by cutting the cheese into smaller pieces before grating.
