Buen picador

El picador Zick Zick 3 se trata de una buena herramienta que te pica en un momento las típicas verduras de sofrito para la base de tus guisos. La ventaja frente a los picadores de cuerda es que el mantenimiento es infinitamente más sencillo, puesto que todas las partes se pueden lavar. De hecho incluso se pueden meter en lavavajillas, algo que de momento no me ha hecho falta, ya que gracias al desmontaje (y un cepillo pequeño) es muy fácil limpiarlo. Solo hay que tener la precaución de no coger las cuchillas sino de forma lateral, para no cortarnos. La limpieza también lo distingue de otros como el que hace cubos (los tengo todos jeje), en el que no es tan fácil quitar restos de verduras más pegajosas como la verdura o con fibras.
Además tiene un tamaño ideal para poder guardarlo en el armario, en la posición de bloqueo, por lo que además no ocupa mucho.
Algunos consejos a la hora de cortar son: no llenar demasiado la base, ya que si te pasas de llenarla puede ser que, o no la puedas cerrar, o se te abra por abajo y caiga afuera la verdura. Además, de vez en cuando hay que mirar que no queden trozos muy grandes en el cubículo, moviéndolo o abriéndolo y moviendo los trozos. También por esto es mejor no llenarlo mucho.
La parte buena es que puedes usarlo sin su base, sobre una tabla, por lo que puedes usarlo más a tu aire y sin tanta precaución. Yo esto aún no lo he probado, pero aún así es prometedor. En fin, lo recomiendo, me parece un buen “cacharro” que vale lo que cuesta, y un buen regalo para alguien algo “cocinillas”, o que prefiera cortar sus verduras (verlas, tocarlas) antes que comprarlas ya cortadas para usar.
Quizá como sugerencia decirles que una letra más grande en las instrucciones de desmontaje sería de agradecer, aunque haciendo foto y ampliando no es un pero insalvable.
En cuanto al servicio decir que me llegó bastante más tarde de lo que pensaba pero no merece ninguna estrella de menos, por cuanto se me informó cada vez que pregunté, razón por la que os recomiendo comprarlo (esto o lo que sea) aquí; el postventa de CyJ no tiene competencia.
