This shallow casserole features a body made of Ultralu® forged aluminum with reinforced anodizing, so in addition to standing out for its excellent thermal conductivity and lightness, it has greater strength and durability. Heat is distributed quickly, evenly, and across the entire surface of the shallow casserole, providing more consistent cooking. There are no areas that heat up more than others, and heat is used to great effect.

The interior features the two-layer Ceraliss+ ceramic coating, completely free from PTFE, PFOA and PFAS. Its excellent non-stick surface will allow you to cook healthily, with less fat and with nothing sticking. And it cleans beautifully!
