This accessory is ideal for easily slicing tubular fruits and vegetables up to 5cm in diameter, such as cucumbers, carrots, or radishes. Additionally, it is also perfect for cutting smaller foods like cherry tomatoes or mushrooms thanks to the built-in pusher.
It is suitable for use with the Swing, Revolution, Viper, and Vantage mandolines from De Buyer.
To use it, simply place the accessory on top of the mandoline’s carriage, put the food inside, and slide it over the carriage to start slicing. When you reach the end of the food or for smaller items, it includes a pusher that presses the food down by its own weight.
