Claudia&Julia news (We are in the press!)
We are very excited because some magazines (Hola, Woman, Casa&Campo, Casa viva, etc) are mentioning our store and some of its products. Being a newly created online store, we have to try by all means to make ourselves known and reach our audience: people who are passionate about cooking and who care about the quality of the ingredients and utensils they use.
When promoting an online store, you usually start with Internet campaigns: you try to have a good positioning (that the web be found in search engines), advertising campaigns are carried out on Google, banners on some websites, profiles are maintained on networks social (facebook, twitter, pinterest and a long etcetera) and newsletters are sent to those customers who want to receive news or promotions ( you can sign up for ours here ).
We are working on this online promotion (we still have a lot to do) but a few weeks ago we started working on communication in traditional media (press and magazines) without forgetting specialized blogs. We work with a communication agency specialized in home and gastronomy. With this agency we decide which products may be of interest to the media depending on the season, news or topics that a specific magazine is dealing with.
A good communication agency gives excellent results when you have something to communicate. Make a good selection of company or product news, shape it according to the company's brand image and work together with editors and journalists to offer quality and current content that interests the public of each of the media.
This activity bears fruit in the form of articles and mentions in digital and traditional media. If the editor or journalist likes what you tell them, your news and products will appear in a multitude of specialized media (in our case trends, home or gastronomy). It is a very effective way to reach an audience that may not be on social networks or is not used to buying online. In fact, we have already received calls from some customers who want to buy something they have seen in a magazine but prefer to order by phone.
We will update the mentions made by some media in the new " press " section on our website. Taking advantage of the fact that we are talking about promotion, I would like to thank you for the publicity you do for our website (word of mouth has helped us grow a lot) and for all the comments you make about the products purchased. It is a great motivation to continue working to see that customers are satisfied and also helps us gain the trust of potential customers.

He realizado mi primera compra y seguro que no será la última. El servicio es inmejorable, cumplen con el tiempo de entrega y todo ellos sin cobrar portes. Para poder calificar la calidad del producto es pronto, pero tratándose de Le Creuset seguro que tampoco me decepciona.
