Not long ago we added tableware products that have attracted a lot of attention. Since you often ask us about these products, I decided to give you a brief explanation of what Tokyo Design Studio is.
Tokyo Design Studio is the brand of a Dutch company, CNB enterprises, with more than 30 years of history and that is 100% inspired by and produced in Japan. Given their designs, it may be surprising that it isn’t Japanese, but I’m convinced this is the fact that has most helped create such successful brand pieces: they’ve combined Japanese tradition and functionality with a modern European touch. Success is served!
Although, to be honest, I think the brand’s great success is that, with such striking designs, they’ve awakened the desire to add a lot of style to the table. Anyone who sees them only thinks one thing "I want them!", because the brand offers collections in very varied styles that will appeal to many different profiles, but all are highly functional. He’re talking about plates, cups, bowls, trays... all of it at surprising prices, given that we’re talking about ceramic products of very high quality with excellent finishes.
In my view, there are two interesting aspects of Tokyo Design Studio. First, it allows you to have everyday pieces that will bring color and joy to your meals, as well as pieces you’ll want to use for a more formal dinner. Second, it lets you create the composition that suits you best, both in terms of pieces and colors — the same collection offers different variations. Thus, the brand accommodates a truly varied audience: for younger spirits, for those who want a more elegant table, for those seeking uniformity, or for those who want to add a touch with curious combinations. Let me show you some of the collections we have.
The first collection I fell in love with was the Fleur de Ligne collection. I find it traditional but its design has something different and rarely seen, and combined with pieces that have white interiors and others in blue, each one looks even better.
Then I saw the mugs. You might think it’s impossible that I’m in my thirties and like such classic styles, but I loved them! That English, classic vibe, with wavy edges but that huge handle that gives it personality.

After those I began to explore the brand more, and I couldn’t stop noticing the Seigaiha ranges (captivating to the core, suitable both for daily use and for dressing up a table on a festive day) and the Green Cosmos (discreet, elegant, very Japanese — I’d even say very zen!).

Another collection that has stolen my heart is the textured. Nothing like the others: this one is characterized by pastel colors and subtle reliefs — lines, dots, or pentagons depending on the model, in fabulous plates, bowls, and cups. It’s a sweet, warm, beautiful collection!
Finally, I saw the two more playful collections we have, Nippon Blue and Star Wave. Combining the designs each offers results in a truly different and beautiful kitchen and table collection.

Why not start the day eating cereal in a pretty, cheerful bowl? Why not drink coffee from a very colorful cup? Why not have a beautiful collection to serve salads, appetizers, or to display fruit in the kitchen? We have many meals at home, and it’s a pleasure and a joy to enjoy the moment. Without a doubt, with beautiful tableware and accessories you enjoy it a little more.
