WMF fine mesh skimming ladle, made entirely of Cromargan Cromargan® stainless steel. This skimmer will help you to remove the foam that is generated in boiled foods and soups, to remove from your preparations the food that you want to remove from the liquids during cooking, and is a great ally when removing and draining croquettes, chips and pasties from the oil in which you are frying them.

The history of WMF
