The 20 cm High Casserole Function 4 from WMF is such a versatile pot that you will love it. And elegant too! It is part of one of WMF's most coveted ranges. Its great quality, elegant and very avant-garde design, and efficiency on the stove make this stainless steel casserole an ideal piece in the kitchen and beautiful on the table.
Its heat-resistant handles and its lid with 4 positionsthey will allow you to use this Shallow Casserole to boil pasta, vegetables, legumes or rice, sauté, poach, confit, or roast, both on the stove and in the oven*, even with its lid, which lets you drain the cooking liquid in 3 of its positions.
The excellent heat distribution of the TransTherm base® contributes to faster heating, even heat distribution, and excellent heat retention. The transparent glass lid allows you to monitor cooking without lifting it, keeping steam and heat thanks to its silicone seal. You can cook very efficiently, with lower energy consumption.
