Its with highly non-stick ceramic coating free from PFAS, PTFE, lead, and cadmium, offering the perfect surface for healthy, convenient cooking without food sticking. The Shallow Casserole features a thinner heat-diffusing base than Fissler's traditional one, which provides great efficiency, makes the Shallow Casserole lighter and gives it a great value for money. Heating is quick, and heat retention and distribution are even, with no cold spots.
Responsibly made from 100% recycled aluminum, the rounded-body design makes it ideal for sautéing and cooking all kinds of saucy or broth-based recipes. The eco-friendly ceramic coating in black, besides being elegant, is very non-stick, making it perfect for cooking all kinds of food, and especially gentle with more delicate ingredients. It also makes the surface very easy to clean.
