The forged aluminum body features a hard anodized finish that gives it greater durability and resistance to wear. This construction makes the pans more robust and stable and, furthermore, ensures excellent thermal performance, making this Set ideal for everyday use. You can saute, brown, cook on the griddle, fry gently, or cook in the oven. Perfect for day-to-day use!

The pans feature GreenPan’s Thermolon™ ceramic coating, reinforced with diamond particles and treated with ScratchGuard™ technology, which increases its resistance to wear and use. This treatment helps it maintain its non-stick properties and excellent cooking performance for longer. In addition, the coating is completely free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, perfect for healthy and easy cooking.
