This set consisting of 4 pastry sheets for moulds is ideal to be used together with the De Buyer half-round mould 30 cm and thus give a nice, original look and each time different to your pastry creations, chocolates and ice creams. In addition, it offers easy and perfect unmoulding.
They are made of food grade silicone suitable for refrigerators and freezers. It is not suitable for oven.
You can also use it in other moulds, from tall moulds to flat moulds, taking into account their measurements.
The set includes 4 sheets of 30 x 18.5 cm with different relief:
