De Buyer presents the new half-round mold, designed for making yule logs, Swiss rolls, terrines, cakes, ice creams, for cold molding, creating chocolate decorations... Nothing will stop you!
It is made of stainless steel with a total length of 30 cm, and is suitable for the oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
The two legs at the ends seal it and provide stability. You can use it as is, or if you like cakes with a designed finish, you can combine it with the Set of 4 decorative sheets from De Buyer.
