With the new YLI collection, Revol issues a call to savour what the earth offers and to respect the virtues of great Mother Nature, so closely bound to humankind. Its designs are a clear tribute, expressed through their hollows, uneven surfaces and organic forms. A collection created in two colours: alabaster white and black with a slate effect.

As well as being of great beauty, these are entirely natural pieces of enormous durability and resilience. They are porcelain plates, and are therefore also suitable for use in the oven if you wish to cook directly in them, to gratinate or to give a blast of heat to warm the plate. You will achieve excellent results while also retaining heat wonderfully.

The plates are available in 2 sizes:

• 15 cm. Small dessert plate, also ideal for presenting bread or canapés, or biscuits alongside coffee.
  
• 21 cm. Dessert plate, also perfect for canapés or starters.

You can choose whichever you prefer to use individually, as a tray for appetisers or to present your recipes, or combine sizes and colours to create a dinner service, ideal both for everyday use and for special occasions.

What distinguishes Revol porcelain

• Porcelain is far more resistant than ceramic and has very low porosity. The pieces are fired at very high temperatures (1,320 °C) to harden them exceptionally, which gives them excellent resistance to scratches, thermal shock and the minor knocks that typically occur in the kitchen.
  
• Its porosity is 0%, so Revol culinary porcelain does not absorb fats, odours or flavours, preventing the proliferation of bacteria. In addition, food does not stick and all pieces are much easier to clean.
  
• Porcelain is ideal for cooking in the oven or heating, as it distributes and retains temperature exceptionally well, whilst also achieving magnificent and very natural cooking results.
• Revol culinary porcelain contains no contaminating or health-harmful elements, being completely free of lead and cadmium. All materials used in the manufacture of the porcelain are 100% natural and respectful of the environment.
