You'll find that creating a cake with a heart-shaped interior is very easy with this set. This two-piece set includes a 25cm non-stick mould , and a heart-shaped platinum silicone tube , so you can bake the most original cakes, with a lovely surprise in every cut!

Without having to cut or manipulate the cake once it is baked, this silicone insert allows you to create an inner heart along the entire plumcake, in a way as simple as this:

• Once you have prepared the cake batter, separate a small portion of the batter and add a little cocoa or natural food coloring to this portion, mixing until well integrated.
• Place this portion of the dough inside the heart-shaped platinum silicone insert or mold, with the stopper in place, to prevent the dough from spilling out.
• Bake this dough. You will see that it is ready very quickly, since it is a small amount and the material of the mold is robust and of high quality, facilitating uniform baking.
• Let it cool a little and unmold.
• Put a third of the cake batter into the rectangular non-stick steel mould, place the heart-shaped cake you have baked on top and cover with the rest of the batter.
• Bake for the required time until ready.

You can finish decorating the cake once it has cooled and you have removed it from the mould, with some icing or frosting. But the real surprise, which will delight your guests, will be when you cut each slice of cake, when the perfectly defined heart inside appears.
