Thanks to the lid positioning mark, placing it in the correct position is very easy. And thanks to the design of the pot rim, closing it is the easiest thing in the world. When the pressure cooker is properly closed, you hear a click and the colored indicator on the handle changes from red to green. Until that happens, pressure does not begin to build.

You can choose between two cooking levels: gentle cooking and fast cooking. The cooker includes a filling level indicator that is very practical, located inside, showing the minimum and maximum liquid levels.

The removable handle makes cleaning and storing the pressure cooker easier. A very practical advantage when storing several pots or pans in the cupboard: they can be stacked by fitting them one on top of another. The Superthermic® encapsulated base is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. It ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution, and retention.
