How does it work?

Prepare the cake batter you want (from the traditional and very easy yogurt cake to the batter you want), pour it into the different cavities (filling them up to 3/4 of their height, because the cakes will rise) and bake them in the oven at about 170 °C. In 15-20 minutes you will have your cookies ready!

Yes, since the cavities are small, the heat penetrates the centre of the dough of each cake quickly, and they cook in a flash. So, even if you have unexpected guests, you can serve some delicious pastries for a quick snack.
