Other ideas to make in the pan:

• You can use the cavities to brown meat tacos (chicken tacos or hamburger tacos), which you can then cover with cheese to make skewers; the same goes for frankfurter tacos.
• Add diced tuna or salmon, add a quail or chicken egg, add some spices and wait for it to set. They are a delicious snack.
• Place an egg in each cavity, then place smoked salmon and a little Roquefort cheese, and a little truffle oil. These mini-eggs are delicious.
• It is also ideal for making mini-pan loaves or basic pizza dough, which you can cover and fill.
• Place corn tortilla dough in each cavity, and fill with cheese and whatever seasoning you like. The heat will melt the cheese while the dough finishes cooking, which they always require, and you'll have perfect corn tortilla bites for dinner.

Cast aluminum pancake pans were one of the first products Nordic Ware made, over 70 years ago . The original "Platte Panne" pan was a traditional (Swedish style) pancake pan, designed to make thin, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes.
