The straight spatula is perfect for smoothing and spreading creams, sauces and frostings in all kinds of preparations, both sweet and savoury.

The angular spatula offers the right angle for the comfortable and agile application of chocolate, cream, icing... any frosting on the surface and the sides or interior of cakes and biscuits.

Una espátula muy majilla

La adquirí para extender ganaches o lo que necesite y al usarla me ha parecido muy manejable. Compré la acodaba porque pienso que es más versátil que la plana. Como no tengo mucha experiencia tampoco sabría decir si es mejor que la plana o no, entiendo que depende para qué. Lo de la longitud es cortita, pero a mí me ha resultado cómoda de usar. Imagino que dependiendo del para qué será como todo, cuestión de ir adquiriendo tamaños, pero la ganache de un tronco de navidad se extendió de cine tanto por dentro como por fuera.

Es súper cuca. Yo me pillé la acodada porque me parecía más cómoda. Lo único que me la esperaba algo más larga.
