The Heritage mould is a bundt mould by Nordic Ware, made of aluminium and perfect for baking cakes and pastries. It is 25.7cm wide and 9.5cm deep.

Nordic Ware moulds are highly appreciated by baking enthusiasts for their high-quality manufacturing, careful design and excellent baking of pies and sponge cakes.

  • It is also ideal for preparing cold desserts, such as flan or pannacota
  • To keep it in perfect condition at all times, it is not recommended to leave it to soak
  • Its non-stick particles are completely free of toxins and it is totally safe

NOTE: A large part of the manufacturing process of the bundt moulds is handmade, which may cause them to have some small imperfections (usually on the outside). A rougher area, a small bump when you touch it, etc. are common marks of Nordic Ware moulds, unavoidable in the process and which make each and every one of the moulds unique pieces, without affecting their proper functioning in any way.

Nordic Ware is a family-owned company that has been producing high-quality kitchenware in the United States since 1946. Well-known in Spain for its unique baking molds, Nordic Ware began its activity by making utensils inspired by Scandinavian food and quickly gained popularity for the quality and design of its Bundt pans and Naturals baking trays.

Nordic Ware’s cake molds are now part of American culinary tradition, but the company continues to develop products for cooking all kinds of recipes.

Lo he probado dos veces siguiendo las indicaciones de los libros y se ha pegado todo.

Tanto en el molde Bundt de Nordic Ware, como en los sellos Nordic Ware , dos veces lo he intentado y las dos veces se han pegado. El bundt lo tuve que tirar y las galletas las aproveché, con una pinta bastante infame. Después de pagar más de 100€ por las dos cosas, considero que las instrucciones no están bien, ya que sino hubieran salido, aunque sea aceptables. Espero que me den indicaciones más precisas para que los pueda utilizar
