The Nordic Ware Tea Cookie Pan is the perfect pan for making lots of individual cakes and biscuits ! With all the benefits of Nordic Ware pans, it is an aluminium pan with a top-of-the-range non-stick coating and with 4 beautiful shapes and lots of cavities to turn any cake batter into beautiful mini-cakes.
The mold contains 16 cavities , with the shapes of:

You'll see what beautiful cakes you'll have on the table! Plus, since they're small, they bake in no time.
How does it work?
Prepare the cake batter you want (from the traditional and super easy yogurt cake to the batter of your choice), pour it into the different cavities (filling them up to 3/4 of their height, because the biscuits will rise) and bake them in the oven at about 170 °C. In 15 minutes you will have your biscuits ready!
Yes, since the cavities are small, the heat penetrates the centre of the cake batter quickly, and they cook in a flash. So, even if you have unexpected guests, you can serve some delicious pastries for a quick snack.
Plus, you'll probably be able to fill the mold in several batches with the dough you make, so you'll make lots of cupcakes to enjoy with friends and family.
The biscuits you end up with are already beautiful, thanks to the sweet shapes they take from the mould. But, if you want, you can apply some icing on top to accompany or decorate them (if you want to do so, it is better to wait for them to cool a little).

- Note: It is important to always respect the non-stick coating, do not put it in the dishwasher and do not use metal items to remove the cakes under any circumstances (always turn the mould to remove them).
NOTE: Much of the manufacturing process of bundt moulds is done by hand, which can cause them to have some small imperfections (normally on the outside). A rougher area, a small relief that can be felt, etc. are common marks of Nordic Ware moulds, which are unavoidable in the process and make each and every mould unique, without affecting their proper functioning in any way.
