What is Metaltec? The pan incorporates the innovative Metaltec technology in the manufacturing process: the impact of small steel balls modifies the surface, creating an ultra-durable finish. In addition, the Monix Mineral pan uses a PFOA-free non-stick coating reinforced with titanium with a performance three times higher than cookware with traditional non-stick coatings.

Its 18/10 stainless steel riveted handle is extremely sophisticated and elegant, and allows you to use the pan in the oven at high temperatures (up to 230ºC).
