How the vegetable stripper works

It is very easy to use: you basically just have to put the blade that suits you according to the thickness of the vegetable you want to core on the handle. You cut the end of the vegetable with a knife and position the corer in the centre. You start to turn it while applying pressure inwards. The blade cuts the pulp and it comes out in a spiral. You have to be careful, though, to stop in time before the blade pierces the other end for a perfect presentation.
