Made of ABS with a rubber overmould, this knife sharpener features two slots. The first, which is coarser, prepares the knife for sharpening. The second, which is finer, polishes the blade and removes any irregularities. Simply run the knife through the coarse slot first, followed by the fine one, to leave the blade perfectly sharpened.
