The Zwilling Pro kitchen knives they are forged with the utmost precision from a single piece of ice-hardened stainless steel, to ensure maximum durability and a flawlessly performing edge, thanks to its sharpening technique adapted to each model. Made in Germany and designed to provide excellent functionality, these knives are comfortable to handle, balanced, and very elegant. They offer a clean and precise cut with minimal movement and great safety.
The black synthetic handle classic-style account with triple rivet of stainless steel, which contrasts elegantly. Its ergonomic design with curved reinforcement provide a secure grip and very comfortable. With them you will cut, chop, slice, carve, fillet, or dice with great efficiency and precision, thanks to their pleasant handling and to its perfect balance.
The Pro Zwilling kitchen knives come in the following models:
- Paring knife, with 10 cm blade and two-level Vedge grind. Smooth V-edge. Ideal for peeling, slicing, and chopping vegetables or fruit. The two-level Vedge edge provides long-lasting, precise sharpness.
- Knife Chef, with 20 cm blade and two-level Vedge sharpening Smooth V-edge. The knife your kitchen can't be without. Ideal for cutting, slicing, and chopping all types of food. The two-level Vedge edge provides long-lasting, precise sharpness.
- Satoku knife, with an 18 cm blade and Razor Edge sharpening. With an 18 cm granton blade, it is also perfect for cutting, slicing, and chopping all types of food with great efficiency. The polished edge provides long-lasting sharpness and perfect performance.
