This 3-in-1 attachment features a much more practical and manageable design so you can roll and cut fresh pasta to your liking with the same tool, thanks to its triple roller. Spaghetti, fettuccine or sheets for cannelloni or lasagna—ready in no time!

The attachment includes a three integrated roller mechanism: a roller for rolling out the dough for fresh pasta sheets, and two cutting rollers to cut the dough into spaghetti or fettuccine, as you prefer. Prepare the dough and attach the 3-in-1 attachment to the head of your KitchenAid mixer. You'll have fresh pasta in a flash, without having to change attachments to use the roller for rolling or the cutter.

With its 8 thickness settings, you can roll and cut 12.7 cm-wide sheets of dough. But you can do more than just laminate fresh pasta. With this attachment you have a luxury ally to help you roll other sweet and savory doughs, like empanada or taco tortilla dough, cannoli dough, fry pastry, shortcrust or puff pastry for tartlets for your desserts, or pizza dough to make mini pizzas ideal as appetizers.

Each of the 3 integrated rollers of the KitchenAid 3-in-1 Fresh Pasta Attachment has a function:

  • The Smooth roller for rolling the dough, which will allow you to obtain sheets up to 12.7 cm wide, being able to select the most suitable thickness from its 8 settings available: thick for tagliolini, medium for lasagna or cannelloni and thin for linguini.
  • The Spaghetti cutter so you can impress with impeccable spaghetti, cut in an instant.
  • The Fettuccine cutter with which you'll get wonderful pasta with a traditional result.
