The rolling pin includes interchangeable rings to place on each end. These rings allow you to raise the rolling surface, helping you roll the dough to the desired thickness (2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 mm). Additionally, you can use it without the discs as a conventional rolling pin. The discs are dishwasher safe, and the rolling pin, like any wooden utensil, is best washed by hand and dried immediately.
