Both the 18cm saucepan and matching lid are made from polished Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel , resulting in a modern, elegant and practical finish.
It has a large capacity of 1.8 litres , which makes it very useful, as it is not only ideal for heating water, milk or broth, but it also allows you to use it to cook creams and sauces, or stews for two or three people. It is an excellent helper in your pastry recipes: whether it is to prepare caramel, cook a pastry cream or cook the dough for fritters. Not to mention that, being completely made of stainless steel, you can also use it in the oven .
It is equipped with a cool-touch handle for comfortable and safe handling and features an internal measuring scale for easy filling and measuring of ingredients. The convenient pouring rim ensures easier, drip-free pouring. Prioritising performance and safety, the robust stainless steel lid features an integrated vent for controlled steam release. The TransTherm® universal base completes the design to reduce energy consumption during cooking.
