With the Ibili round Banneton you will get wonderful loaves in a practical and simple way. This rattan basket , essential in the fermentation of your doughs , it will help you to taste a beautiful and crunchy homemade bread .

This bowl-shaped container, ideal for helping you make bread at home, has many advantages:

  • It is perfect for carrying out the second fermentation of your doughs.
  • It gives your loaves a nice shape .
  • It makes it easier to move the dough , especially when putting it in the oven.
  • It helps maintain the shape of the dough , especially the most hydrated ones, resulting in bread with more volume.
  • It is perfect for better controlling the volume of your dough . You will be able to easily see when the dough is ready to bake.

Ha llegado en perfecto estado, se ve liso, bien acabado. No lo he utilizado aún, la temperatura del ambiente no me permite fermentar el pan en condiciones. Espero hacerlo pronto.

Los panes quedan preciosos y la masa leveda mucho mejor que en un cuenco (que era como lo hacía yo hasta ahora). Las masas, incluso las de alta hidratación, no se pegan.
